Jessica focuses her practice on trademark prosecution and intellectual property counseling, helping clients to protect, manage, and enforce their brands in alignment with business objectives. She has experience across key aspects of trademark prosecution and brand counseling, including clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
