Kristina Grasso, JD is a registered patent attorney with a strong background in biotechnology. She also has experience with design, mechanical, business method, and software patents. Kristina also specializes in trademark and copyright law. Her practice focuses on patent and trademark searches; preparation, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark applications; copyright registration; licensing; and domain name issues. Kristina has been working in the intellectual property field for over 16 years and has been a practicing attorney for over 7 1/2 years. She has worked for intellectual property law firms in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Kristina has experience working with independent inventors, entrepreneurs, and small to medium sized businesses in obtaining, maintaining, and enforcing their intellectual property portfolios.

 

Kristina is also an adjunct professor at Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire, where she is a section leader for the Patent Practice & Procedure course. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Bio/Medical Council. In her leisure time, Kristina enjoys playing guitar, cardio kickboxing, hiking, kayaking, camping, bowling, photography, reading, and studying Portuguese.
