Helene Stanonik has over 30 years of experience in the trademark field with a particular focus on U.S. trademark issues, clearance searches, and trademark docket management. Helene assists in all aspects of the trademark practice at Symbus.
Helene conducted her own trademark search and document retrieval business for over 20 years, working on-site at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her experience includes: Assisting in the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications in the United States and coordination of the same abroad; Assisting in the preparration, filing, and prosecution of copyright applications in the United States; Management of trademark docket and day-to-day trademark prosecution tasks; Assisting in litigation and domain name disputes; Assisting in the handling of trademark oppositions and cancellations before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
