Diana Palchik, JD focuses her practice on trademark protection and technology transactions. Diana has worked with Fortune 500 clients as both in-house and outside counsel. She is a Texas bar Foundation Fellow and a past Director of the Dallas-Ft. Worth chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. She recently served as Independent Retained Counsel at Texas Instruments, where she helped the in-house team support the wireless business unit's software licensing needs. She also recently assisted Ericsson Inc. with negotiating large-value technology sourcing agreements, as part of its in-house negotiating team. In her free time, Diana enjoys travelling and practicing Russian - her native language.
